The course is provided on a subscription basis, with videos delivered by online streaming.
During the subscription period, instructors, staff and students of the subscribing institution may use the course for the institution's teaching and educational activities. This includes, for example:

Access is authenticated using IP address ranges supplied by the subscribing institution.
It is the institution's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date IP address ranges and to notify the course provider of any changes. Incorrect or outdated information may result in interruptions to access.
Some videos or other material may be made available free of charge for demonstration, evaluation or promotional purposes.
Such access is provided at the sole discretion of the course provider and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Videos, accompanying material, course structure and organization may change over time without prior notice. The course reflects the author's understanding at the time of publication and may be updated as knowledge, standards and teaching approaches evolve.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the course available and accessible. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, software updates, network failures or other technical issues.
The course relies in part on third-party service providers, including providers of video hosting, content delivery, web hosting and network security. Availability may therefore also depend on services outside the course provider's direct control.
Access to the course does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
The course videos, structure, narration, explanations, selection and arrangement of material are protected by copyright and are owned by the course provider, except for third-party material incorporated into the course.
Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holders. Such material is used under license, permission, applicable legal exceptions or other lawful basis. Where attribution is required by the applicable license, it is provided in the relevant video. Additional attribution may also be provided voluntarily.
The appearance, voice and likeness of persons appearing in the videos are likewise protected by applicable law.
Access ends automatically at the end of the agreed subscription period unless the subscription is renewed.
Access may be suspended or terminated if there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized redistribution, systematic misuse or other substantial violations of these terms.

No guarantee is made regarding specific educational, academic or professional outcomes resulting from use of the course.
